Who is Nervana for? Nervana is for people living with ongoing symptoms who want practical education and guided mind-body support.
What symptoms does Nervana support? Nervana supports people living with persistent pain, gastrointestinal symptoms such as IBS, migraine and headache, fatigue, dizziness or vertigo, brain fog, insomnia, and other chronic symptoms that may have a neuroplastic or mind-body component. Nervana is educational support, not a diagnostic tool, and new or changing symptoms should always be medically evaluated.
What clinical modalities does Nervana use? Nervana draws from Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Psychophysiologic Symptom Relief Therapy (PSRT), and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET). The program combines short education, nervous-system and somatic practices, reflection, and supportive AI coaching.
What happens after I refer? Your patient or client receives a welcome email with information about Nervana and a discount code. They decide whether they want to continue.
How does Nervana work? Nervana combines bite-sized education, guided exercises, reflection, and AI coaching to help people understand and respond differently to persistent symptoms.
How much does it cost? Nervana's 12-month plan is $299 paid upfront, about $25 per month. Patients referred through this form receive $50 off that upfront plan, bringing the first-year total to $249. A flexible $39/month plan is also available. Eligible customers can use HSA/FSA funds for the upfront plan.
Can Nervana be used alongside medical care? Yes. Nervana is designed to complement medical care, not replace it. It does not diagnose conditions or provide emergency care.
